The Town of Rogersville (Owner) is accepting proposals for the design and installation of playground equipment and the associated surfacing and perimeter for Rogersville City Park located at 1101 E. Main St., Rogersville, TN 37857. This project is funded by a TN Department of Environmental Conservation Local Parks & Recreation (LPRF) grant. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Town of Rogersville is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin, in the admissions or access to, or treatment, or employment in its programs or activities. The selected Provider will be responsible for the removal and disposal of existing equipment, the design, provision, and installation of new play equipment, and the installation of ADA-compliant playground surfacing. The dimensions of the use zone should be approximately 90 feet x 65 feet. A site layout overview is attached. A detailed list of the playground specifications are listed on page 5-7 of this document.
