Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,000,000-square-foot, nine-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The intent with this RFP is to award and engage the services of a Construction Manager to provide the Services specified throughout this RFP, through an awarded agreement to be entered into by Windsor Regional Hospital and the awarded Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will report to the Planning and Redevelopment department, or other departments as may be directed by the Planning and Redevelopment department. The Construction Manager would form part of the core team collaborating with the architectural and engineering team also engaged by Windsor Regional Hospital for the Project and providing services to Windsor Regional Hospital for the term of the Agreement. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
