Request for Supplier Qualifications for General Contractors: - Category A - Small/Medium Renovations $100,000 - $999,999 - Category B - Larger Renovations $1,000,000 - $4,000,000 This competitive procurement process (Process) seeks to solicit prequalification proposals from qualified General Contractors interested in being placed on the Board's Qualified Supplier Roster(s)(QSR) list of contractors for construction projects in two (2) separate categories listed in the table below. Respondents may select to be prequalified for one or more zone and categories. 1- Chatham-Kent, Windsor-Essex, (CS Viamonde & CSC Providence) 2- Hamilton, Niagara, Waterloo, Wellington (CS Viamonde ONLY) 3- Kawarthas, Simcoe (CS Viamonde ONLY) 4- London-Middlesex, Oxford, Lambton, Bruce-Grey (CS Viamonde & CSC Providence) 5- GTA: Dufferin, Peel, Halton, Toronto, Durham, York, Orangeville, Bowmanville (CS Viamonde ONLY) Categories i. Category A: $100,000.00 to $999,999.99 This category applies to various smaller / medium budgeted projects including, but not limited to repairs, maintenance, demolition, renovations to both interior/exterior work in a portable classroom/school classroom/school site/daycare/administrative building. ii. Category B: $1,000,000.00 to $4,000,000.00 This category applies to various larger budgeted projects including, but not limited to, renovation projects, larger repairs, demolitions, complex renovations and/or addition projects to both interior/exterior work in a portable classroom/school classroom/school site/daycare/administrative building. Projects with an estimated construction value of $4 million or more, will be published publicly.
