Each Bid shall be accompanied (in the same envelope) by a Bid Bond or Certified Check, made payable to the CITY OF EVANSVILLE, in an amount equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid submitted. No Bid may be withdrawn after the opening of Bids without the consent of the Board of Public Works for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening Bids.
