Maintenance resurfacing on city streets The City of Wrightsville is currently seeking a qualified contractor for completion of the 2024 GA-TIA, LMIG, & LRA Re-surfacing Project consisting of 2.48 miles of maintenance resurfacing on East Trilby St. , Lakeside Dr., Chadwick Dr., DonovanHarrison Rd., Idylwild Dr., and West College St., and construction of a turn lane on Chadwick St at the Johnson County Schools in City of Wrightsville in Wrightsville. A contract completion date of September 30, 2025 is set for the project. Intermediate dates for commencement and completion construction on Chadwick Dr at the Johnson County Schools are included in the proposal. All of the work for these locations is to be completed according to the 2021 Standard Specifications, the Special Provisions included in the proposal, and LMIG requirements of the Georgia Department of Transportation. All bid submittals for the project should be returned on the bid sheet from the proposal to the City of Wrightsville in a sealed envelope marked 2024 WRIGHTSVILLE GA-TIA & LRA RESURFACING PROJECTS not later than the date and time set for the bid opening. A proposal guarantee of 20% of the quotation submittal is required. The City of Wrightsville reserves the right to reject bids, negotiate or waive technicalities, and/or make awards for this project according to the budgets established for the project and in compliance with the GA-TIA & LMIG requirements of the Georgia Department of Transportation. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
