C24K0382 - District Facilities Management Program is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Fire Suppression System Services to the McClellan facility. Contractor agrees to provide quarterly inspections, quarterly maintenance, as well as annual inspections, testing and 5-year inspections and testing on this facilities Fire Sprinkler Systems at the McClellan Facility at 4940 Lange Ave., McClellan California. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal). The California Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) purchased the McClellan Facility in December of 2023 and is currently seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to perform Fire Suppression System Services to the McClellan facility. Contractor agrees to provide quarterly inspections, quarterly maintenance, as well as annual inspections, testing and 5-year inspections and testing on this facilities Fire Sprinkler Systems. Detailed Scope of Work A. Location: Services to be performed at the DPR, McClellan Facility, located at 4940 Lang Avenue, McClellan, CA 95652. B. Term of Contract: The contract term shall be December 15, 2024, or upon DGS/OLS approval, whichever is later, through December 16, 2027, or 36 months (3-years) from DGS/ OLS approval, whichever is later. 2 (two), 1 (one) year contract extensions at the same rates identified in the Service Contracts Bid Form are available to be added to this agreement via amendment upon mutual consent from DPR and the Contractor
