Fulton Street - Pre-Construction and New Construction Fresno Housing (FH) is requesting proposals from licensed general contractors/construction managers (GC/CM) for pre-construction services and new construction phase. GC/CM are required to have B Classification Licenses for General Contracting in the State of California. The property is located at 1302 Fulton Street, Fresno, CA. 93721. The project will be developed on approximately 0.55-acres (100,000 s.f. in five (5) floors). The development will consist of four (4) stories of Type VA wood frame construction over a Type 1 concrete podium, with a mixture of studios, 1- and 2- bedroom units with a total of 124 units on site. There will be community space and commercial business on the first floor. All aspects of the building construction will comply with the minimum construction standards to ensure longevity and safety.
