Description

Addition to an educational facility in Richwood, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility.

Sealed bids are being sought for the Art Room Expansion Portion of the Capital Improvements Project. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to North Union Local School District Board of Education, ATTN: Scott Maruniak, CFO/Treasurer, at 12920 St. Rt. 739, Richwood, Ohio 43344, and clearly marked as "ART ROOM EXPANSION - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT BID." Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m., local time May 12, 2026, after which they will be opened and publicly read aloud at North Union High School, 401 North Franklin Street, Richwood, Ohio 43344. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days of opening. The Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and investigate bidder responsibility.
