Rural Water Line Extensions The Project includes the construction of water line extensions on three roads within Campbell County, TN. Along Flatwoods Lane in Speedwell, TN, the project includes 7,750 LF of 2-inch and 2,400 LF of 6-inch water mains, including one booster pump station. Along Flat Hollow Road in Speedwell, TN, the project includes 2,650 LF of 2-inch and 4,335 LF of 6-inch water main. Along Norman Road in Jacksboro, TN, the project includes 1,300 LF of 2-inch and 3,250 LF of 6-inch water main. All projects include water service connections, valves, blow-offs, and all appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in the amount of five percent of the total bid amount in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid.
