The work includes construction at River City Sportsplex located in the County of Chesterfield, Virginia. The improvements consist of erosion and sediment control, grading, storm drainage, a splash pad, custom playground elements, buildings, picnic pavilions, site furnishings, site lighting, various surfacing materials, and plantings as shown on the drawings. The irrigation equipment utilized will be Toro.
