The Director of City Operations on behalf of the City of Fall River invites sealed bids from DCAMM Certified Bidders for the Resiliency Preparatory School Window and Door Replacement project, in accordance with the documents prepared by SLAM Collaborative from Boston, Massachusetts. The project consists of removal and replacement of existing exterior windows and doors with new insulated windows and doors at all existing exterior openings at the Resiliency Preparatory School, 290 Street, Fall River, MA 02720. The total construction work is estimated to cost $6,500,000. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149 26 to 27H inclusive. General Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in Windows and Doors. Filed Sib-Bidders must be DCAMM certified in their respective trades.
