N. Gilbert Street - Electrical Service Conversion Bid Security: a. Not Applicable a. Contract Times: Specified Start Date: November 14, 2024 Substantial Completion Date: December 13, 2024 Liquidated Damages: $250 per day Work Restrictions: i. No work shall be done between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am without the approval of the Engineer, with the exception of saw cutting freshly poured concrete. ii. Notify the Engineer four days in advance of street closings so that a press release can be issued. No street may be closed without the Engineer's approval and said notification. iii. Work shall proceed in a well organized and continuous manner to minimize the disruption to the residents. Contract Compliance: a. For all contracts of $25,000 or more, the successful bidder shall abide by the requirements of the City's Contract Compliance Program, as described in the Section 0520. Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond: a. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price for a period of two (2) years after its completion and formal acceptance by the City Council. Wage Theft Policy: a. For all contracts of $25,000 or more, the successful bidder shall abide by the requirements of the City's Wage Theft Policy, as described in Section 0530.
