The Contractor Shall Provide All Labor, Equipment, and Materials Required to Provide Replacement, Migration, Installation, Maintenance, and Repairs of Computers, Servers, Software, and Support Services for the Equipment Identified in Exhibit a, Attachment 1. Service Shall Include the Following 1. Removal and Disposal of Existing Access Control Equipment. 2. Provide Replacement Access Control Equipment. 3. Installation of New Badging System Computers, Hardware, Servers, Software, and Ancillary Equipment (Camera, Printer, Tripod, Ribbon, Batteries, Istar Ultra Se Door Controller, Etc.). 4. Migration From the Existing Single C-cure 800 Model 20 System to the New C-cure 9000 Series Q System Version 2.9. 5. Licensing of C-cure 9000 Software to Fmd. 6. Technical Support Services and 7. Preventive Maintenance Contractor License Type C-07 Low Voltage Systems Contractor C-10 Electrical Contractor Last Day to Submit Questions November 13, 2024 The services will be performed at the following location: California Department of Education (Building #049) 1430 N Street Sacramento, CA 95814 Contractor shall provide up to forty (40) hours of technical support services per 12-month period, via telephone to address or troubleshoot equipment problems, as requested by the FMD Contract Administrator or FMD Designated Representative. The State has established a 3% goal for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) participating in State contracts.
