This project involves the construction of a new stormwater management pond facility located in Centennial Park, Ellicott City, Maryland, stream restoration construction involving: floodplain excavation and grading, installation of stream structures such as riffle grade controls, embedded logs, woody toe protection, stone toe protection, log rolls, wetlands, erosion and sediment control, landscape service contract work, and installation of approximately 540 linear feet of new sanitary sewer line and sanitary sewer manholes for the Stormwater Management Division of the Bureau of Environmental Services, Department of Public Works, Howard County, Maryland.
