Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the "District") invites Proposals for the provision of turf maintenance, mowing, trimming and associated services (the "Services") at the following regional and community park locations (the "Service Locations"): Central Zone Mission Creek Regional Park & Mindy Tran Scenic Canyon Regional Park Bertram Creek Regional Park Commencing on March 15, 2025 West Zone Gellatly Nut Farm Regional Park Gellatly Heritage Regional Park Shannon Lake Regional Park Raymer Bay Regional Park Traders Cove Regional Park 2 'Growing Seasons' Ending on November 15, 2026 The Services Term may be extended by three further Growing Seasons, at the sole discretion of the District and subject to mutual agreement between the parties on pricing and terms. Should all extension options be exercised, this would result in a total Services Term of 5 Growing Seasons. Duration in months: 24
