Sewer Manhole Assessment Services The Scope of this project is to access and video camera record the interior of existing sewer manholes to assess the structural integrity of these structures throughout the City. These manholes are located on the sewer main trunk lines with high flow. Hence, the Work will need to be done during low flow period during the day or at night. Traffic Control is required as these sewer manholes are located in the streets and street intersections. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all licenses necessitated by the Contractor's operations. Prior to starting any work, the Contractor shall be required to have a City of Riverside Business Tax Registration valid for the life of the Contract; subcontractors shall also have Business Tax Registrations valid for the time they are engaged in the work.
