Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades and repairs to Cégep Vanier College building. The scope of work includes a phased replacement of obsolete HVAC systems and provides for the replacement of 10 natural gas furnaces and one electric furnace. The second intervention will be the replacement of monobloc roofing systems that have reached the end of their useful life. TIMELINE: Project design is ongoing. Working drawings are expected to begin in early 2026. Project may be implemented may be phased. Tender for the general contractor/first phase contractor is anticipated in spring/early summer 2026.
