Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roanoke, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The required Work will generally consist of construction services for replacing existing sidewalks, ADA ramps, and the associated curb and gutter structures. The City of Roanoke expects new Stormwater structures and other utility modifications at locations identified in the list of locations and associated work. The Project and the work, services, and materials for such Project are subject to a Federal, State, and/or local terms and provisions as set forth therein or referred to therein and in the bid documents and/or any resultant contract documents. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the opening of bids unless the bid is substantially lower than the other bids because of a clerical error as defined in Section 2.2 - 4330, of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended. Pursuant to Section 2.2 - 4330 (B)(1), the bidder shall give notice in writing and shall submit the original work papers with such notice to the City of its claim of right to withdraw the bid within two business days after the opening of bids.
