Site work for a water / sewer project in Roanoke, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 18, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Project consists of two separate 12" sewer line extensions in the vicinity of Old Mountain Road, totaling approximately 1,250 linear feet. The project will include 110 linear feet of 24" steel casing installation under Norfolk Southern Railroad. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
