Upland activity includes ADA compatible sidewalks, kayak storage areas, gathering spaces with boulder borders, boulder steps to access the river, turnouts from the Greenway, and concrete stairs. In-stream activities include the installation of boulder edge toe protection along the river, pedestrian access launches and take-outs for kayakers and tubers, a variety of in-river structures, and rock deflectors. The Project is broken into six separate and distinct locations along the river (Sites A-F) stretching from under Memorial Bridge on Memorial Avenue to just upstream of the low water bridge located near the intersection of Wiley Drive and Winona Ave
