Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roanoke, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of December 11, 2024 project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed. Summary: The required Work will generally consist of construction services for the installation of concrete foundations, electrical conduit, traffic beacons, and other electrical equipment. Restoration of concrete sidewalk and turf is expected per the City of Roanoke ROW Excavation Standards. Questions on Contract Documents: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be directed to Alex Fernandez, Buyer via email Alex.Fernandez@roanokeva.gov . All questions must be submitted before 5:00PM on November 21, 2024. Questions received after 5:00PM on November 21, 2024 may not be answered. Bidders may only rely upon written addenda issued by the City's Purchasing Division and no other communication or interpretation, whether oral or written, shall have any effect or efficacy.
