Renovation of a mixed-use development in Decatur, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Provide labor and materials to order, receive, store and deliver to the jobsite one (1) Carrier fan sled assembly, model 39BML1G. Provide labor and materials to lock and tag out the energy source to the AHU. Provide labor and materials to disconnect and reconnect the high-voltage wiring to the evaporator fan motor. Provide labor and materials to remove and install the fan assembly sled tie-down hardware. Provide labor and materials to remove the existing assembly out and the replacement assembly into place. Provide labor and materials to start up and verify operation of the replacement fan assembly. Provide labor and materials to execute a post-project test and balance on the Carrier AHU only, to confirm the performance of the new fan assembly. Provide labor and materials to clean up site and return to prework conditions. Period of Performance: Period of performance is based upon award date and shall not exceed 90 days.
