Furnish Labor, Material, and Equipment for Tree Trimming Service as Requested for the Department of Environmental Management Solid Waste Division, County of Hawaii. All Bids Must Be F.o.b. Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed, and Inclusive of All Applicable Taxes, Including Hawai`i General Excise Tax and Use Taxes. The County of Hawai`i is Exempt From Federal Taxes. Effective January 1, 2020 - December 31, 2030, the Maximum General Excise Tax Rate and Surcharge That May Be Charged to the County of Hawaii Will Be 4.7120%. Location: Keaau Transfer Station 16-921 Keaau-pahoa Rd Keaau, Hi 96749 Completion Within 30 Calendar Days After Receipt of Notice to Proceed and/or Purchase Order. ***Prebid meeting: The purpose of the pre-bid conference and site inspection is to allow for questions as it pertains to the scope of work and will also allow for a visual assessment of the unique nature of the work site. It should be noted that the Kea'au Transfer is an active working site, and is also accessed by the public during business hours. All Attendees shall be responsible for supplying their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
