Free From Snow and Ice to Permit the Unimpeded Flow of Traffic to and From the Areas Listed in the Tender Documents. 2. Duration of the Contract (a) on November 30th, 2025, With the Option to Extend for an Additional One (1) Year, With the Same Terms and Conditions of This Contract as Mutually Agreed. The Duration of the Contract Shall Be From 00:01 Hours Nst on December 1st, 2024 to 24:00 Hours Nst (B) Without Invalidating Any Provisions of the Contract, Nl Housing May Terminate This Contract at Any Time. Should Nl Housing Exercise Its Option of Terminating the Contract, the Contractor Will Be Paid for Services Rendered Up to the Time of Termination. (C) Without Invalidating Any Provisions of the Contract, Nl Housing May Add Buildings to or Delete Buildings From the Contract. Any Extras or Credits Associated With Any Addition or Deletion of Buildings Are to Be Negotiated in Advance With Nl Housing.
