OIT 1st & 4th Floor Remodel - 1575 Sherman Street IFB The Human Services Building is located at 1575 Sherman St., Denver. This building is occupied by the Department of Human Services and the Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIT). OIT has recently relocated to this location and are in need of remodel to accommodate their operations. This project consists of the final phase of the overall remodel on the 1 st & 4 th floors at 1575 Sherman Street as indicated on the posted drawings. Estimated Construction Cost: $660,000 Project completion shall be April 30th, 2025 Question Deadline 10/25/2024 at 4:00 PM MT Date Email Answers Issued Monday 10/28/2024 by 5:00 pm . Anticipated General Contractor Start Monday 12/02/2024 Anticipated Construction Start/Finish 11/25/2024 - 04/30/2025 This Bid is accompanied by the required Bid Guarantee. Per C.R.S. 24-105-201 If the construction value is $50,000 or greater a Bid Bond and Power of Attorney or Proposal Guaranty is required in an amount not less than 5% of the total Bid. . The right is reserved to waive informalities and to reject any and all Bids.
