Reference Number 0000365847 Delivery Point: Denver, CO CCD is inviting proposals from qualified Audiovisual Systems Integrator (AVSI) for services related to the state-funded Boulder Creek Health Science Renovation Phase 1 and Phase 2 project. This initiative involves the design, procurement, and installation of AV equipment in the Boulder Creek building, a facility owned by the Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) but occupied and utilized by CCD. The successful AVSI will need to coordinate with both CCD and AHEC throughout the project duration. Additionally, the project includes a simulation technology component provided by Laerdal, and the AVSI will be required to hold Laerdal's contract for the Laerdal provided equipment and labor. CCD reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time without cause, upon written notice given thirty (30) days in advance. CCD will give written documentation to the contractor as to the reason for cancellation. Authorized services performed for CCD will be paid for through the cancellation date.
