Custodial, graffiti removal, and snow removal services at RTD owned bus shelters RTD sends responses to written inquiries: October 17, 2024, 2:00pm Question Deadline 10/14/2024 at 4:00 PM MT This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is for Maintenance Services at RTD Bus Shelters (20% SBE Goal), per the enclosed specifications and requirements. RTD may award multiple contracts from this RFP. Subject to the Termination provision of the Contract, performance shall commence as of the date specified in the notice to proceed or, if no date is specified, upon Contractor's receipt of notice to proceed, and shall continue for 3 years (subject to the exercise of option periods, if any). If mailed, receipt of the notice to proceed is presumed to be five days after mailing. This Contract has the potential for two (2) 1-year options to extend the Period of Performance. Proposals shall be valid for a duration of no less than ninety (90) days from proposal due date.
