Renovation of an educational facility in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Repairs to Exterior Stairs at Liberty Bell Middle School The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and supplies as required to install window shades in SHHS classrooms & library as per attached specifications. Project (work and materials) shall be guaranteed by the Contractor for a period of one (1) year minimum. LICENSES, FEES, PERMITS The Contractor is responsible for furnishing the proper licenses, fees, and permits required by law to do business in the City of Johnson City in completion of the requirements stated herein. All work shall be done in accordance with the latest building codes, state and federal laws relative to this project. INSURANCE The attached Insurance Checklist (which includes a section for the Insurance agent to fill-out) and General Contract Form shall be completed and returned with the bid package. Successful vendor shall provide certificate of insurance, as specified, prior to contract release by Purchasing
