Renovation of a fire / police facility in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The purpose of this bid is to establish a contract to provide & install furniture as per the attached detailed breakdown. Vendor shall provide, deliver, and install items as listed These instructions are not intended to be complete in every detail. Therefore, the vendor is expected to perform all work in a professional workmanlike manner in accordance with all applicable City, State and Federal codes and regulations. The attached Insurance Checklist (which includes a section for the Insurance agent to fill-out) and General Contract Form must be completed and returned with the bid package. Successful vendor shall provide certificate of insurance, as specified, prior to contract release by Purchasing. The City reserves the right to award either on an individual or total basis, whichever is in our best interest. Questions must be received by the City at least four (4) working days prior to the scheduled opening. No oral interpretations or instructions given by any city employee or any other person shall apply. Changes relative to any solicitation will be in writing, in the form of an addendum.
