the construction of a New Municipal Complex to be located at 370 Evans Road, Pottstown, PA 19464. Work includes General Construction, Plumbing Construction, Mechanical Construction, and Electrical Construction. Upper Pottsgrove Township reserves the right at its option to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all of Bids and to reject all Bids if it is in the best interest of the Upper Pottsgrove Township. Questions will be accepted until 5:00 P.M., prevailing time, on Friday, December 13, 2024; questions will be accepted through online , only from prime bidders. All questions must be submitted through online and will not be accepted in any other manner. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidders. This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
