North Adams Street Bridge Replacement Project This project is a design-build project that consists of rehabilitating an existing bridge structure by replacing the beams, decking, and slab. The existing abutments will re-main in place and be restored as well. The bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%)of the bid, made payable to the Township of Lower Pottsgrove. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certification Statement, and Con-tractor's Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to pro-vide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Con-tract amount within ten (10)calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid.
