Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Lower Pottsgrove Township will accept sealed bid proposals for bituminous surface treatment, modified asphalt emulsion to be submitted on forms provided by Lower Pottsgrove Township. Proposals shall be submitted with a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total contract price. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond and a 10% Maintenance Bond. Letters of Credit will not be accepted. Quantities are not guaranteed and may vary (+/-). The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof as they deem necessary in the best interest of Lower Pottsgrove Township, including the right to award a contract for any one or more of the segments of the project. GENERAL NOTE: It is the responsibility of the bidder to read and be familiar with all Contract Documents, General Provisions and Technical Specifications for all work to be performed within this contract.
