Provide All Labour, Materials, Equipment, Superintendence, Temporary Facilities, and Administration to Perform the Work Outlined Below and Described in Greater Detail in the Specifications and Drawings Attached as Part of the Documents for This Project. 1.2 the Total Price Must Be Included in the Quoted Price on the Request for Quotations Contract Page. If Not Completed by the Bidder and Submitted to Be Determinable, the Quote Will Not Be Considered Complete and Will Be Disqualified. 2.0 Scope of Work 2.1 Topographical Survey Provide a 10m Grid Topographical Drawing for the Ground Areas Referenced in Schedule "E" - Site Map 2.1.1 Confirm Any Easements Associated With the Property. 2.1.2 Identify & Locate Existing Structures, Ditching, Culverts, Walkways, Concrete, Asphalt Pads, Boundary Fences, Trees, and Any Large Vegetation Within the Property Boundary Limits 2.1.3 Provide Original Ground Elevation Points Throughout the Referenced Lot; Including but Not Limited to Ground Elevations for the Centerline of the Street, Curbs, Top of Curbs, Asphalt, Sidewalk, and All Other Applicable Features and Structures Including Dimensions 2.1.4 Locate and Identify Elevation Points Including Invert Elevations for Existing Sewer Manholes, Electrical Poles, Nearest Hydrants and All Other Applicable Features and Structures 2.1.5 Provide an Electronic Copy (Autocad V.2010 or Later) of All Requested Information. Survey to Include the Stamp of Nls. 2.1.6 Survey is to Be Prepared by a Company Registered With the Association of Newfoundland Land Surveyors. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
