Reference Number 0000280604 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/31 11:59:00 PM EDT Perform short-circuit, coordination, device evaluation and arc-flash studies of the electrical distribution system(s) as requested within the request for proposal. The scope of work for the assignment will include the following components: 1. Site reviews as required, information gathering, and operations electrical single line (ESL) verification and update. 2. Perform short-circuit, coordination, device evaluation and arc-flash hazard analysis studies. 3. Provide recommendations for equipment that fail device evaluation based on interrupting or equipment withstand ratings. 4. Provide recommendations for improvements to protection coordination and arc- flash hazard mitigation. 5. Submit draft report for review, final report and required close-out documentation. 6. Install all arc flash hazard labels based on final electrical-study results following implementation of the device coordination settings. Category 1: Low Voltage Electrical Testing and Maintenance Category 2: Short Circuit, Coordination, Device Evaluation, and Arc-Flash Hazard Studies During the timeframe of this Standing Offer, the main user of this standing offer is intended to be Infrastructure and Water Services Department, but other Departments in the City may also make call ups under these terms and conditions. The Standing Offer may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year extension options subject to continued requirement, satisfactory service, terms and conditions, and pricing, in the sole opinion of the City. Increases for standing offer renewals or extensions shall be in accordance with section 32 (4) of the Procurement By-Law.
