Major scope of work includes: Clearing and grubbing of trees, Loading, hauling, and disposal of regulated materials (level 1, 2, 3), Common excavation and embankment, Iron enhanced sand, PVC liner, 8 PVC Draintile, Granular filter and angular washed rock, Random Riprap (Class 1 and 2), Seeding and erosion control blanket, Perennial planting plugs, Vegetation establishment (Year 1, 2, 3) Construction Schedule: Early Construction Start (January 6, 2025), Clear and Grub Trees (by March 7, 2025), Substantial Construction Completion - removals, earthwork, site grading, underground utility work (by April 30, 2025), Construction Completion - All surface restoration work and plantings (by June 30, 2025), Vegetation Establishment (3 years after construction completion date) Q And A Open: 10/21/2024 07:00:00 PM Q And A Close: 11/08/2024 02:00:00 PM The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation Question Deadline 11/08/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Vendor questions or clarifications must be submitted online.
