Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Pine Mountain for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for construction of the SR 354 Water Tank Replacement and Springhouse Improvements in the Town of Pine Mountain, Georgia. OWNER requires a bid bond* or a certified cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid to be enclosed with the bid at the time of bid opening. Cashier's check will be made payable to Town of Pine Mountain. The successful bidder will be required to furnish OWNER with Insurance, Workman's Compensation Insurance, and Performance and Payment Bonds* in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the total bid. Contract 2: Replacement of the existing spring water treatment building with a new prefabricated building, improvements to the existing spring box, and miscellaneous piping connections, site access and security improvements and other related appurtenances.
