Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pine Mountain, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Demolition of existing undersized storm pipes and structures; regrading existing ditch and installation of new 15 IN, 18 IN and 24 IN RCP pipes and structures along Sullivan Circle in Pine Mountain, GA. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: Demolition of 87 LF of 15" CMP pipes and structures. Sawcut and remove/replace 45 square yards of asphalt roadway. Sawcut and remove/replace of 61 square yards of concrete driveway. Abandonment of +/- 60 LF of 12 inch and 15-inch CMP storm sewer pipes, including placing flowable fill into the pipe segments. Installation of 282 LF of 15-inch RCP, 65 LF of 18-inch RCP and 63 LF of 24-inch RCP storm sewer pipes and structures. Grading needed for ditches, swales and tie in slope. Installation of permanent grassing and sod in certain areas. Project will also include traffic control and erosion sedimentation and pollution control installation and maintenance through the duration of the project. Time of completion for all work associated with the Sullivan Circle Drainage Project shall be NINETY (90) consecutive calendar days from the date of a written "Notice to Proceed" from OWNER. All questions shall be submitted in writing only to Natalie Pifer at 861np@ppi.us, and to be given consideration, must be received by no later than 10:30 AM on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. OWNER requires a bid bond* or a certified cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid to be enclosed with the bid at the time of bid opening. Cashier's check will be made payable to Town of Pine Mountain. The successful bidder will be required to furnish OWNER with Insurance, Workman's Compensation Insurance, and Performance and Payment Bonds* in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the total bid. CONTRACTORS and SUBCONTRACTORS bidding on this Project will be required to comply with all Federal, State, and local laws. OWNER reserves the rights to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids, to evaluate Bids, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the OWNER. No Bid will be rejected without just cause.
