Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Buffalo Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,100-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of March 18, 2025, construction is expected to start April 2025 once the frost and road restrictions are lifted. Completion is expected August 2025. All trades have been awarded. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with Renville County, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Earthwork/Utilities, Masonry, General Construction, Mechanical/Plumbing, and Electrical. Material Only Categories: Standard Doors/Frames/Hardware. This project has prevailing wage requirements. Construction is anticipated to start Spring 2025, weather permitting. BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or corporate surety bond in an amount equal to five (5%) percent of the base bid, as bid security. If awarded a contract, each successful Bidder shall be required to furnish both Performance and Payment Bonds covering faithful performance of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising under such contract. Such bonds shall be the latest edition of the AIA Document A312/CM, in the amount equal to 100% payment. Renville County reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding. Bids may not be withdrawn or modified within sixty (60) days after the closing time and date.
