Cruise Terminal 5 Expansion The Canaveral Port Authority is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Management at Risk firms for the Cruise Terminal 5 Expansion project (RFP-25-1 / PN 25-011B) for the Canaveral Port Authority, Cape Canaveral, Florida. Preconstruction services, establishment of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and the potential execution of a GMP Amendment will be required . The project includes an expansion of approximately 50,000 S.F. (25,000 S.F. at each level), additional passenger queuing for security screening and pre-board seating, an expanded Customs and Boarder Protection (CBP) Federal Inspection Service (FIS) area, expanded luggage hall, and structured parking for an additional 1000 vehicles plus ancillary access roadway modification.
