Site work and new construction of a residential development in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Question Deadline 10/30/2024 Questions, objections or comments regarding the Bid Documents or bid process should be made in writing and received by the issuing office no later than five (5) business days' prior to bid opening. The improvement consists of: all utilities, fence, electrical, plumbing, site work, trenching, site restoration, and all other work necessary as shown in the plans and specifications to complete the project. Note that the offices, storage containers, portable toilets for the village, and tiny house units are owner furnished, owner installed. Modular buildings and shower trailer are owner furnished, contractor installed. The contractor will be responsible for installing, piping, connections, routing, and final hookup of all utility connections and foundations for the modular and shower units, as well as operation and start up. Price Range: $650,000 to $750,000 All proposals must be on the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
