Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,700-square-foot, two-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility.
Per source, project has been awarded to a contractor, they already putting the roof, but awarded contractor name is not yet available Sealed Bids For: Mechanical - Elder Care Facility Project on the Lummi Reservation. This project includes construction of a 2-story building with 8 suites on the main level and an elder drop in facility on the lower level. Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder not on HUD's list of ineligible contractors, provided the bid is reasonable, and in the best interest of the Housing Authority.
