Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bellingham School District #501 (the "District") is seeking written proposals from qualified Contractor to provide design/build services for the District pursuant to RCW 39.04.290, Contracts for Building Engineering Systems. The District was awarded a grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce ("Commerce") to procure and install solar systems on five schools, including Options High, Shuksan Middle, Alderwood Elementary, Happy Valley Elementary and Sunnyland Elementary. This project will be awarded to one (1) Contractor. All Contractors who submit Proposals will be notified of the successful selection by written notification upon acceptance of the recommended highest scoring and most qualified contractor. The District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in evaluation or reject any/or all Proposals when deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
