Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bellingham, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Harris Avenue Multimodal Improvements project will replace or upgrade water, sewer and stormwater utilities from 12th Street to 24th Street in the Fairhaven and Happy Valley neighborhoods within the City of Bellingham. This project will include new pedestrian and bicycle facilities and resurfacing and re-channelization throughout the corridor. A bike facility study from 4th Street to 14th Street will be included to guide the proposed re-channelization. Services, including professional engineering services, and construction engineering and/or administration, may be added/removed from the contract contingent upon funding availability and project needs. This project is funded through City of Bellingham utility and street funds. Questions can be addressed to the Purchasing Office at the above address or by email Bids@cob.org. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject all submittals or parts of submittals as may be in the best interest of the City.
