The Improvement Consists of: This Contract Provides for the Improvement of the Intersection of James Street and Bakerview Road in Bellingham, Washington With a New Roundabout, Sidewalks, Road Crossings, Stormwater Facilities, Wall, and Other Work, All in Accordance With the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications. Price Range: $3,300,000- $3,700,000. All Proposals Must Be on the Bid Proposal Form Provided by the City of Bellingham and Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Cash, Money Order or Bid Bond Payable to the Finance Director in an Amount Equal to or Exceeding Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid. No Other Form of Bid Security is Acceptable. The Right is Reserved to Postpone Making the Award for a Reasonable Length of Time, to Reject Any and All Bids, or to Waive Irregularities Not Affecting Substantial Rights. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
