Site work, paving and renovation of a military facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility; and for the renovation of a military facility.

*As of March 28, 2025, project is under construction. Work started earlier this month, March 2025, and is expected to be completed in November 2025. BID FOR: JFHQ Civil Improvements Phase 5 - BID PACKAGE #1 Bid Package #1 Work includes - Demolition, Earthwork, Site and Storm Utilities, Landscaping, Fencing, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Waterproofing / Joint Sealants, Framing, Painting, Flooring, Specialties, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Systems. Attention to the following bid requirements: - Complete, sign and include Attachments A, B, C, D, E, & F found at the end of this bid package document along with your bid form with your sealed bid. - Cashier's check, certified check, or Surety Bid Bond for 5% of Base Bid required for all bids over $50,000. - Performance, payment, and maintenance bonds will be required by the lowest responsible bidder for any bid over $50,000. These costs are to be included in your bid amount. All questions shall be furnished in writing via email to: Josh Jacox jjacox@crossland.com (405) 397-9045. The deadline for Request for information is 7 calendars days before the bid date. Crossland Construction Co. & the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bid, and to accept the bid or bids which seem most advantageous to the Owner. Line items listed below are specific to this project and general in nature. All costs associated shall be included within the base bid for this trade contract. Scopes listed shall be priced in their entirety (inclusive of all labor, material, means of conveyance, supervision, and equipment) for a complete and finished system per the contract documents. 1) Includes demolition of all curb and gutter, concrete paving, light pole bases, and concrete flumes as depicted on the contract documents. 2) Include all necessary OKC ROW permits as required for scope completion. 3) Includes the removal of existing bollards and delivery to CM for Owners storage. 4) Remove all trees identified in the contract documents. 5) Includes the removal of all existing signage, deliver to CM for storage. 6) Includes all necessary costs to remove the existing 24-inch RCP and storm inlet as identified in the contract documents. 7) Incldues the removal of existing security fencing, masonry pilasters, and gates as indicated on the contract documents. Existing fence panels are to be delivered to the CM for storage and future use. 8) Demo existing guard house, to include entire structure, slab, and foundations. 9) Remove existing asphalt as indicated on the plans. 10) Account for the demolition of two additional ADA sidewalk landings at building 3501.
