Split System Air Conditioning Heat Pump Units - Maintenance and Repairs Question Deadline 10/31/2024 at 10:00 AM PT Online Q&A Yes License Requirements C-20 Scope of Services The City of Pomona is seeking informal quotes from qualified firms for maintenance services and repairs on a Split-System Air Conditioning Heat Pump Units, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), in accordance with the Scope of Service or Specifications stated herein. Required Qualifications and Experience: At the time of submittal, bidders must meet the following requirements: o Contractor must have a valid C-20 HVAC license with the State of California. o Contractor must include at least three (3) recent project experiences related to Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance services and repairs (must submit with the bid proposal). o Failure to meet any of these qualifications and experience will automatically deemed non-responsive. Do Not Register for This Solicitation Through a Third Party Other Than Planetbids. Bidders Must Be Listed on the City of Pomona's "Prospective Bidders List" on Planetbids in Order to Participate in This Bid. If Bidders Fail to Register With Planetbids Prior to Submitting a Response, the City Shall Immediately Reject Any Response You Submit in Reference to This Solicitation. Local Programs & Policies Per Section 2-971(2) of the Pomona City Code, Any Unauthorized Contact by the Bidder During the Bid Process With an Official or City Employee, Other Than Those Shown on the Bid, the Finance Director or Purchasing Manager, Shall Cause the Bidder to Be Immediately Disqualified From Participating in the Bidding Process.
