Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in York, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project Location: 1569 E. Alexander Love Highway, York, SC 29745 Comprehensive services for: Asphalt Pavement Expansion and Isolated Asphalt Replacement for our activity bus parking lot York School District One is accepting Bids to provide comprehensive services as described in the below specifications. Submittals must include all materials, labor, equipment, and permitting necessary to perform the specifications identified. Obtaining any necessary permitting is the responsibility of the awarded Contractor. Removing, relocating, repairing, or installing utilities are not expected. The awarded Contractor must be able to complete the paving project on or before April 30, 2025. The Contractor agrees to a one-year warranty against defects, failures, etc. caused by materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of final acceptance by the Owner. All work shall adhere to York County Roadway Standards and SCDOT requirements. Project location is at: York School District One 1569 E. Alexander Love Highway York, SC 29745 Site visits are by request at: cwestbrook@york.k12.sc.us Any prospective offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing.
