Alexander Love Highway, York, SC 29745 Comprehensive services for: Asphalt Pavement Expansion and Isolated Asphalt Replacement for our activity bus parking lot York School District One is accepting Bids to provide comprehensive services as described in the below specifications. Submittals must include all materials, labor, equipment, and permitting necessary to perform the specifications identified. Obtaining any necessary permitting is the responsibility of the awarded Contractor. Removing, relocating, repairing, or installing utilities are not expected. The awarded Contractor must be able to complete the paving project on or before April 30, 2025. The Contractor agrees to a one-year warranty against defects, failures, etc. caused by materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of final acceptance by the Owner.
