The following requirements may apply: NYSDOL Certificate of Contractor Registration, NYS Vendor Responsibility Form CCA-2 A/B/C, NYSDOL wage rates, MBE/WBE/SDVOB, Apprenticeship program, and Local and Disadvantaged Workforce requirements.
