GOALS: MBE 4%, WBE 5%, SDVOB 5% The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal. NFTA Responses to Questions Nov 8th 2024, 5:00 PM EST DESIGNATED NFTA PROCUREMENT OFFICIAL: Robert Hannon, robert.hannon@nfta.com Term: The term of the service contract will be five (5) years, consisting of five (5) one (1) year terms which are renewable annually at the discretion of the Authority. The following conditions apply: 1. The NFTA may cancel the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice prior to the contract anniversary date. 2. The contractor may cancel the contract by giving sixty (60) days written notice prior to the contract anniversary date. 3. If the NFTA becomes dissatisfied with the contractor's performance, the NFTA may cancel the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice at any time. The NFTA reserves the right to contract with other contractors any work to its HVAC systems, as it may be needed.
