In compliance with the invitation for bids for the Yorktown Park Playground Improvements Project, A.P. 148, Lot 173, Yorktown Road, located in the Town of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, the undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees, if this Bid is accepted, to enter into an Agreement with the Owner on the form provided by the Owner to perform all Work as specified or indicated in the Bidding Documents for the prices and in accordance with the other terms and conditions of the bidding documents Work shall be to provide the Town of North Kingstown (hereafter "Town") with completed readyfor-use facilities. Scope includes but is not limited to the following: New and Renovated Walkways, New and Renovated Playground Areas, new Site Furnishings, and Landscape Improvements. Incidental to these improvements are the installation of erosion and sedimentation control measures, installation of Concrete Pads for Future Site Furnishing installation, new tree plantings, restoration of any disturbed lawn areas, and all work necessary to complete the project to the acceptance of the Town.
